Cancellations & rescheduling
Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions.
We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be able to make any changes to your appointment online at any time up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, please email or call us. We will confirm the cancellation of the appointment by email or phone. Please note you will still be responsible for late cancellation charges if it falls short of the required time of notice (24 hours).
