Do you take walk-ins?
- Paradis is an appointment-only studio, so we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Reserving your time means your artist is prepared for you and you never wait. Booking online takes under a minute, or you can call us to find a time.

How long does a lash appointment take?
- Plan for one to two hours, depending on the set. You lie down the whole time in a quiet, private room. Many clients call it the most relaxing appointment in their calendar, and more than a few doze off.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
- Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, skip coffee for at least three hours beforehand, and wear something comfortable since you will be lying down for a while. If you have a lash look you love, bring a reference photo. We tailor every set to your eye shape and the look you want.

How long do lash extensions last?
- Extensions shed gradually with your natural lash growth cycle. Most clients book a fill every two to three weeks to keep their set looking full.

What is the difference between Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume lashes?
- Classic means one extension per natural lash, and it is the most natural look. Volume uses lightweight fans of several fine extensions per lash for a fuller, fluffier effect, and Mega Volume takes that fullness further for maximum drama. Hybrid mixes classic and volume for something in between. Paradis also offers Wispy sets (feathery, textured spikes) and Wet lashes (a glossy, defined finish). Not sure which suits you? Your lash artist will recommend a set based on your natural lashes and the look you are after.

What is the difference between a lash lift and lash extensions?
- A lash lift curls and (optionally) tints the natural lashes you already have, with no extensions, no fills and very low maintenance. Extensions add length and fullness beyond your natural lashes and are maintained with a fill every two to three weeks. Paradis offers both, so your artist can help you choose.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
- Applied correctly by a certified lash artist, extensions are matched to the length and weight your natural lashes can safely carry. Protecting the health of your natural lashes is a priority at Paradis on every set.

Can I choose my artist?
- Yes. When you book online you can pick Reine, Daniella, Alma or Jessica, or choose any available artist. Jessica specializes in brows and lash lifts and tints, and Daniella takes appointments on Sundays, perfect for weekend bookings.

What is the cancellation policy?
- You can reschedule or cancel your appointment online any time up to 48 hours before it starts. Inside 48 hours, please call or email us. We ask for 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice carry a $50 fee, and a missed appointment without notice carries a $100 fee.
